Dr Ayden Hamilton

Hi, I'm Dr Ayden Hamilton, a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Bachelor of Health Science from RMIT University. My journey into osteopathy was deeply personal—watching my younger sister endure numerous surgeries and long rehabilitations following a late diagnosis of bilateral hip dysplasia inspired me to pursue a career focused on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and timely specialist referral when needed.

Growing up, I was heavily involved in sport and, like many athletes, experienced my share of injuries. I know firsthand how frustrating and isolating it can be to spend time on the sidelines. This personal connection to both recovery and performance has shaped my empathetic and results-driven approach to care.

Over the past six years, I’ve worked with a variety of professional and semi-professional sports teams, including Williamstown VFL and Manningham Blues Soccer Club. I've had the privilege of treating athletes from the AFL, A-League, international soccer leagues, UFC, and motorsport. For the last four years, I’ve been in private practice, where I continue to be driven by the challenge of complex cases and the satisfaction of helping people return to doing what they love.

Whether you're managing a chronic issue, recovering from injury, or striving for peak performance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
